Stephen Martin is the Vice President of New Business and Client Relations. In this capacity, Mr. Martin works across the company with the business development team to expand our client contacts and relations with Federal agencies and other organizations. He offers 14 years of professional experience in health and human services contracting for Federal agencies. For the past 8 years, he has served in senior management positions, with responsibility for directing high-visibility national contracts. Mr. Martin facilitates ongoing client contact and interaction with Federal agency division management. He cultivates working relationships with service providers and field representatives while developing knowledge of policies and issues that affect planning at the national, state, and regional level. His multifaceted communication links provide a wealth of in-depth knowledge and insights that help him direct and coordinate effective services and support implementation at the local level.
