Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
As the Chief Financial Officer for Danya, Mr. Bjork serves as a member of Danya's executive management team. As CFO, he is responsible for leading the company's financial strategic planning and implementation in both government and commercial sectors, including launching new Danya ventures and rapid-growth financing. Mr. Bjork has more than 20 years of experience building, leading, and advising corporations through complex transactions, restructurings, and international and domestic expansion. He has spearheaded international and domestic financial operations. He possesses SEC expertise and a strong background in mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Mr. Bjork served as CFO for Houston Associates, Inc. (a Raytheon Company); TRI-COR Industries, Inc.; The Orkand Corporation; and General Physics, Inc.

He received an M.A.S. (M.B.A. equivalent) from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. from the University of Baltimore.
