Vice President, Head Start Services

Eleanor Mower, D.B.A., M.Ed., is Danya’s Vice President and Executive Project Director for Head Start’s monitoring support services. Dr. Mower provides overall strategic direction, leadership, and quality assurance for the program’s services. With more than 20 years’ experience in operations management, strategic planning, training, program development, and directing key business functions, Dr. Mower brings extensive leadership in the workforce development and human services arena to Danya. She also offers expertise in business process reengineering and quality management systems and holds ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification. Prior to joining the company, Dr. Mower was Vice President, Planning and Development for The Kaiser Group, Inc., responsible for client relationships and large state-level project operations. She also served as the Vice President of Goodwill of Greater Washington and as the Director of Government Resource Development for Goodwill Industries International Headquarters. Dr. Mower’s professional credentials include a doctorate in Business Administration; a Master’s degree in Educational Administration, with state certification as a teacher and school administrator; and a Bachelor of Science in English Education. She holds an e-Learning Instructional Design Certificate from ASTD.
