Former President and CEO of Birch and Davis, Inc., Joins Danya International, Inc.

SILVER SPRING, MD. (May 9, 2003) – Fred Vago, MPH, MPA/ABD, former President and CEO of Birch and Davis, Inc., joins Danya International, Inc., a Silver Spring-based health communications firm, as the Senior Vice President of Business Development.

As a Senior Vice President of Danya International, Inc., Vago will lead the business development team in expanding its client list and identifying new business opportunities for the company. His proven experience in combining contract management with hands-on knowledge of the health care market will help increase the already established network of committed Danya clients.

Vago has 30 years of senior-level executive experience. Prior to Danya, Vago was President and CEO of Global Health Navigator. He spent almost 10 years with Birch and Davis, Inc., helping to turn the company from a mid-sized business into a large successful entity in the health care consulting field. Prior to that, he was a colonel of the Air Force Medical Service and served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense with the United States Air Force at the Pentagon.
