- Capability to assess the quality of content as well as form; and be able to work with the capture manager/proposal leader in articulating how the win strategy is carried out in each section’s story board and writer’s package.
- Skilled in proposal writing disciplines and mechanics including presenting information clearly and succinctly, knowing where and how to obtain information, and be willing to work smart as well as the hours necessary to complete proposals on-time.
- Ability to lead graphic and illustration exhibits with focus on effective integration in support of proposal narratives.

Summary of Responsibilities

The Vice President (VP) of ITSS reports directly to the President.
