DUTIES:
Conduct proactive self-audits and analyses of Affirmative Action compliance, EEO, and
OFCCP. Responsible for developing and maintaining compliance of recruitment practices
and associated audits to include Affirmative Action plans, OFCCP, and EEO. Develops
and maintains affirmative action program; maintains other records, reports, and logs to
conform to EEO regulations. Develop, coordinate and recommend changes for the
improvement of workflow in the recruitment area. Perform National full life cycle
recruitment. Develop an overall compensation strategy utilizing market and internal
equity analyses. Works with management officials to collect information required to
appropriately conduct a job analysis. Advises employees and managers on the position
classification process and use of various classification tools such as classification, job
standards and job descriptions. Advices managers on writing job descriptions effectively
to meet job classifications standards. Analyze and interpret HR metrics and makes
recommendation to CHRO. Direct the efforts of employment agencies and search firms
including negotiating and controlling employment related fees. Manage the temporary
employee process and procedure. Develop and manage internship program. Manage
employee immigration process, i.e H1-B and Green Card processing. Keep abreast of
employment laws & regulations, including EEO, Affirmative Action, Immigration, and
FLSA. Work with local African employment attorney to develop policies and recruitment
standards. Conduct salary analysis for positions in relevant African countries where
business is conducted. Develop relevant recruitment strategies to ensure the most
qualified talent is attracted and acquired. Work with local African vendors on
background investigations.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent and 12
months of experience.
