Danya's mentoring program is designed to facilitate one-on-one training to create opportunities for its diverse employee community. The goal of the program is to provide one-on-one training in support of employees seeking new and challenging career opportunities. The concept is to partner employees with more experienced mentors so they can benefit from the coaching, contacts, and guidance on professional and personal development and advancement. Danya employees at any stage of their career can take advantage of the mentoring program.
