Silver Spring, Maryland (December 1, 2011) – Danya International, Inc. (Danya), a communications, research, and technology company, continues to support global efforts in the fight against AIDS.

Today is World AIDS Day. The theme “Getting to Zero” refers to zero new HIV infections, zero discriminations, and zero AIDS-related deaths.

One of Danya’s social impact goals is “to help reduce the rate of new HIV infections and other infectious diseases.” We are working hard through our projects, philanthropy, and volunteerism to increase awareness, testing, and treatment for HIV and AIDS. Although there have been great strides in the last 30 years to advance research, treatment, and prevention, there is still much to be done to advance progress in mitigating the impact of the disease.
