August 30, 2010 (Silver Spring, Maryland) - MyOutcomes, LLC., a consumer-driven outcomes management system, is pleased to announce the introduction of its new Dashboard feature. The Dashboard enables users to generate customized effectiveness reports, case alerts, and utilization reports in real-time for clinical, supervisory, administrative and reporting purposes.
Initially launched in 2008, MyOutcomes is a Web-based, robust clinical tool designed to help behavioral health services improve outcomes and manage costs. Used worldwide in a range of therapeutic environments including private practices, counties, hospitals and branches of the military, MyOutcomes is a feasible and scalable tool to implement client-directed, outcome-informed services (CDOI). MyOutcomes invites client feedback using two 4-item visual analogue scales. The Outcome Ratings Scale (ORS) measures clients’ perception of how much they are benefiting from services. The Session Rating Scale (SRS) measures the strength of the alliance between provider and client.
